Reiki & Angelic Reiki
Universal life force energy for deep relaxation, healing and spiritual attunement — with Reiki Master Teacher training for those called to carry the work forward.
The practice
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing tradition that channels universal life force energy through the practitioner's hands to support the body's own healing intelligence. It is gentle, non-invasive and deeply relaxing — yet the shifts it produces can be profound.
As a Reiki Master, Rachel holds full attunement in both traditional Reiki and Angelic Reiki. Angelic Reiki is a higher-frequency form that works with angelic guides to reach layers of the energy field that traditional Reiki alone does not always access.
Rachel is a member of the UK Reiki Federation.
What a session involves
You lie fully clothed on a treatment couch — or remain seated for online sessions — while Rachel places her hands lightly on, or just above, specific points of your body. Energy flows to where it is most needed.
Most clients describe a sense of warmth, gentle pulsing or a deep stillness. Some drift into meditative sleep; others experience emotional release or vivid insights. Each session is different.
Sessions last approximately 60 minutes. Available in person at Rachel's Surrey practice, or remotely across the UK and beyond.

Who it's for
- Anyone carrying stress, anxiety or emotional fatigue
- Those recovering from illness, surgery or burnout
- People wanting to feel more centred, present and energetically clear
- Clients open to spiritual work but not committed to any particular tradition
Reiki training
As a Reiki Master Teacher, Rachel offers personal and small-group training for those called to carry the practice forward themselves. Training is available at all levels:
- Reiki I — Shoden Self-healing and hands-on work for friends and family.
- Reiki II — Okuden Distance healing and symbol work.
- Reiki III / Master — Shinpiden Advanced practice and the ability to attune others.
Training can be booked individually or as a small group. Rachel's approach is personal, unhurried, and deeply rooted in lineage. Practitioners leave fully resourced — not rushed through.
Frequently asked
Is Reiki religious?
No. Reiki is an energetic practice, not a religion. Clients of every faith and none benefit from it.
Can I learn Reiki remotely?
Attunement can be done remotely for those who cannot travel, though in-person training is preferred where possible — the energetic transmission is stronger.
How long does attunement take?
Typically a full day per level, plus practice time between levels. Rachel will advise on pacing based on your intentions.
What is the difference between Reiki and Angelic Reiki?
Both channel universal energy. Angelic Reiki adds angelic frequencies and is often experienced as lighter, faster-acting and more spiritually expansive.
Do I need prior experience to train?
No prior experience is required for Reiki I. Each subsequent level builds on the last.
